In 1996, as part of the restoration of Capitol Square, the restored skylight was unvieled in the Ohio Statehouse Rotunda. The replica of the historic seal of Ohio was painted by Rachel Keebler. The funds for this project were raised by a penny campaign of students with the help of Bob Evans restaurants.

Today, remember the 20th anniversary with a free tour of the Ohio Statehouse and several exhibits about the renovation.
