Bees are important pollinators for plants. An apiary was dedicated Earth Day, April 22, 2015 by Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board with the help of: Annehurst Elementary School, Rod Pritchard of Central Ohio Beekeepers Association, Ward Peterson of Davey Tree Expert Company, Nina Bagley of Nina's Village Apiary and Terry Lieberman-Smith of Ohio State Beekeepers Association.
