Contractor ID Request

Issuance of a Contractor ID for the Ohio Statehouse requires that a Background Check be performed by Accurate Information System (AIS) who is the Ohio Statehouse Authorized Background Investigation Contractor. 

Before submitting a request for a Contractor ID, please ensure your Company has initiated an agreement with AIS and has submitted your information for background investigation processing.  Your application will not be processed until the results of your background investigation are received from AIS.

The background investigation must be completed through Accurate Information Systems, LLC (AIS). Please ensure you have completed the background check with AIS before filling out the application.
