As part of Women's History Month, the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board and the Ohio Channel will launch a new Web site, www.OhioLadiesGallery.org, on March 2, 2010. H.B. 141, sponsored by Nettie Mackenzie Clapp, was the first bill sponsored by a woman member of the legislature to be signed into law. It was passed on March 8, 1923, during her second year in office and signed into law by Governor Vic Donahey.
