The Ohio Statehouse will kick off the holiday season on Monday, December 1, 2008 with the lighting of the official Statehouse Holiday Tree. Join Governor and First Lady Strickland on the west lawn of the Statehouse at 5:30 PM for this festive event. The ceremony will be followed by a free holiday festival in the People's House. The festival will include refreshments, performances, model train displays, Santa Claus, and much more!
