The 2019/2020 transportation grant application process was open for five days, Wednesday, October 23 at 9 a.m. through Monday, October 28 at 9 a.m.
The Ohio Statehouse Museum Education Center will use a random number generator to choose 25 schools from each mileage category.
If you have questions regarding the grants, please contact Dayna Jalkanen at 614-728-2697 or firstname.lastname@example.org. The Capitol Square Foundation has created a transportation grant program with generous gifts from Honda of America Mfg., Inc. and the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing.
The program is designed to help schools defray bus transportation expenses to the Ohio Statehouse. The grants are based on one-way mileage from your school to Columbus. The 2019/2020 transportation grant application will be available October 23 through October 28 at 9 a.m. The application is not available prior to this date.
