Half-staff flags for General Colin Powell

CSRAB staff lowering the flag today
In accordance with the orders issued by the President of the United States of America, in honoring the life and service of General Colin Powell, the flags of the Unites States and the State of Ohio shall be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout the State of Ohio until sunset on October 22, 2021.
